While academics are the backbone of the education system, it is equally important to look at it from the long-term perspective of building a career to support the learning. This is what we, at SRCOE aim to do and to achieve our goals of getting our students to renowned companies and organizations throughout the world; we pay extra attention to the placement process. A dedicated placement cell for the students takes care of the incoming opportunities from various MNCs for different job profiles and offers and conveys the same information to the students.

Apart from keeping them updated about the opportunities, we also help them prepare for their preliminary tests and interviews by calling in experts to give them an insight into the whole process and to prepare them for the hurdles that could arise in their path to getting the dream job. Since our establishment, placements have always been our priority and with the technology and methods used in our teaching, we ensure success for our students, hence, inviting a lot of companies to get the best talent for their working. We are the leaders when it comes to campus placements in the Northern part of the country and has a long list of companies to add to our credit. Not only for our own students, we also organize several joint placement programmes where students from the surrounding institutes are invited to attend placement processes and apply for their desired job opportunities.

To make sure that the students soar high during their placements, we pay a lot of attention to the pre-placement talks and sessions which are focused on motivating the students to get the best out of their capabilities. Sessions also focus on key improvement areas for the students including aptitude building and interpersonal skills which are the key criteria used by top notch companies to select candidates which are a perfect fit for their job. Several times, there are students who underestimate their abilities and as mentors, it is our responsibility to make them realize their worth and get into the corporate world with flying colors. Thus, we take care of every student and design programmes to fit their key improvement areas and skill set.
