At SRCOE we make sure that every student whether he is 60% and above or below must grab a decent job depending on his abilities to work, capability, focus and aim. Therefore to help all the students we usually divide final year students into 4 groups which are as follows:

1. Super dream Company students(65% and above score)

2. Dream Company students(60% and above score)

3. Midscale company Students (55% and above score)

4. Scalar companies students(50% and above score)

The motto of making such group is to identify average, below average student’s capabilities and interviewing them in his area of Interest Company only.
